First time I was not happy with the service :/ Got my lips done without getting ask before hand if i wanted numbing cream which ended up literally in tears. I just wanted to leave and i am not that happy with the result because i wanted more volume overall and i got way more in the top then anywhere else and all of that for 119pounds for maybe 0.4 .. Still will be going back just make sure you speak up and don‘t feel pressured into anything !
I’ve been coming to M1 for many years now and I remain consistently impressed with their professional approach and affordable prices. I’ve had both Botox and filler at their London Wall clinic and seen several of their practitioners, all of whom have been extremely friendly and have taken time to achieve a perfect result. I’m very keen on ‘the natural look’ and every treatment I’ve received has left me keen to return.
Absolutely awful service in this clinic. Will never go back and would never recommend it to anyone.The practitioner did not listen what I wanted at all, and the results were nothing that I said I wanted. Their appointments are always late, I have waited in their waiting room for almost two hours, but when I called and told I will be a little late for my top up appointment to fix the mistakes that were done earlier, the whole appointment was cancelled and they refused to see me again.I had a chat with their customer service since I needed my records in order to go to another clinic to fix their mistakes and they turned out to be very rude, arrogant and xenophobic. I was told lies about me previously missing my appointments (which has never happened), they refused to share my records, doubted I understood English and told they will be blocking me and won't answer my messages anymore. This all for the service I had paid already. This is not how a professional business handles customer complaints.They left me with a half done face and any professional clinic won't finish it without knowing what has been done earlier and which products have been used. I'm also running out of the timeframe when the top up should be done since they have been wasting all of my time.Save yourself from troubles and avoid at all costs, there are many other options in central London. This company shouldn't be in business.They give everyone a discount on their first appointment if they leave positive reviews (before you can even see the results), hence the positive reviews on Google and Truspilot.
